I don't think I understood your post well enough, but just in case these points help if you are still trying to solve 'de dikke bug' 1) check out the latest "weekly release" (www.blogbridge.com/install/weekly/blogbridge.jnlp) there are some significant improvements in the sync logic which might solve your problem 2) Note that when you import OPML you can chose whether you want one big guide or each guide separate. Did you see that setting? 3) If all else fails, in the ~/.bb/ directory you will find a subdirectory called ../backup where you will find a series of OPML files corresponding to the last n times you exited BlogBridge, so if you think you've had corruption you might be able to recover from there.
